ESCUADRÓN 303 — LANZAS DEL ALBA is a Spanish virtual flight simulation organization built around realistic aviation procedures, progressive pilot training and coordinated online operations.

Progressive planning
Pilots develop from manual flight-plan preparation and vPilot procedures toward more advanced planning tools.
Standard communications
ICAO-style phraseology is used on VATSIM. Internal mission coordination is separate and uses TeamSpeak 3.
Four operational systems
vPilot connects to VATSIM, RadarVATSIM provides situational awareness, TeamSpeak 3 handles internal voice, and JoinFS provides internal shared visual/model coordination.
